A few days ago I took a couple of the queen cells from the incubator (from my splits) and put them in this struggling hive. I found the old queen and removed her.
A day later I looked and found a virgin queen walking around.
Today I looked and could not find her. The hive only has 2 bars of bees. The queen was not there. Maybe she's out on a mating flight. I'll check again tomorrow or the next day.
